Santa Rosalía is a private, gated resort accessible only to residents and their guests. Please keep your access cards and keys safe and do not share them with anyone outside your group. This helps maintain the safe and trusted environment that makes the resort special.
Children are very welcome and have plenty of room to play and explore. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervision at all times, particularly near water and shared facilities. Together we make it a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.
Please use all shared facilities with care and consideration. Leave communal areas clean and tidy after use and avoid reserving sunbeds or spaces unnecessarily, so that every guest has equal access to enjoy them.
Help keep the loft and resort in good condition. Separate your waste according to the resort guidelines and dispose of it in the designated areas. Treat the space and its natural surroundings with the same care you would give your own home.
The loft is not suitable for parties, events or large gatherings. We ask all guests to respect the quiet and exclusive character of the resort and to ensure the maximum number of guests is never exceeded.
Pets are welcome on request. Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with an animal. They should be kept on a leash in shared areas and must not cause disturbance to other guests or neighbours.

The loft is just 100 metres from the lagoon, roughly a two-minute walk. The sandy shores, walking paths and resort facilities are all easily reached on foot directly from your private garden.
Very much so. The loft has a private garden, a heated pool nearby and sits within a safe, gated resort where children can move freely. There is also a cot and highchair available on request.
