Reservations can be made directly and are confirmed straight away. You can book up to 365 days in advance, with a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum of 28 nights. Rates vary by season to reflect the rhythm of the Costa Cálida throughout the year.

Guests can choose to pay the full booking amount at the time of reservation or make a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately. A secure payment link will be provided for the final payment.

If your plans change, you can request adjustments to your booking up to 7 days before arrival. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Any price differences or applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated before confirming the changes.

We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation conditions apply to all direct bookings at Santa Rosalía Garden Loft.

More than 60 days before arrival

You will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.

From 60 to 30 days before arrival (inclusive)

50% of the accommodation costs will be charged. If you have paid the full amount, 50% of the accommodation costs will be refunded. If you have paid a 50% deposit, this amount will be retained.

Less than 30 days before arrival

100% of the accommodation costs will be charged and are non-refundable. If only a 50% deposit has been paid, the remaining accommodation balance will still be due.

Accommodation Costs & Discounts

All cancellation charges are calculated based on the accommodation costs after any applicable discounts, including promotional codes and long-stay discounts.

The same cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether you have paid a 50% deposit or the full booking amount.

Cleaning & Linen Fee

The €175 cleaning and linen fee is always fully refunded if you cancel before arrival, regardless of when the cancellation is made. This fee is excluded from all cancellation charges.

Refunds

Any refund will be calculated based on the amount already paid and the applicable cancellation conditions. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

A refundable security deposit of €500 is required for each booking. The deposit is automatically refunded within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage or other justified deduction. The security deposit is separate from the accommodation costs and is not subject to the accommodation cancellation percentages.

Availability is kept up to date across all platforms, including Airbnb. Synchronisation helps prevent double bookings and ensures that what you see is as accurate as possible. In the unlikely event of an overlap, we will contact you promptly to find a suitable solution.
