Stays are priced per night with a minimum of 2 nights. Whether you are planning a short escape or a longer stay, pricing adjusts automatically based on your chosen dates and the time of year.

Every stay includes full use of the loft, private garden, terrace and all amenities. The home is professionally cleaned and fully prepared before your arrival, so you can walk in and immediately feel at ease.

The nightly rate is based on the season in which your stay takes place. Rates are €145 in low season, €185 in mid-season and €245 in high season. The high-season rate also applies from 20 December through 5 January. The exact rate for your selected dates is shown before you book.
Yes. The minimum stay is generally 4 nights. In July and August, a minimum stay of 5 nights applies, although this may be increased to 7 nights during the busiest weeks. Occasionally, 3-night stays may be available when they fill a gap between existing bookings. The applicable minimum is shown when you select your dates.

Yes. The low-season rate of €145 per night applies from 1 November through the end of February. The mid-season rate of €185 applies from 1 March through 30 June and from 1 September through 31 October. The high-season rate of €245 applies in July and August, as well as from 20 December through 5 January.
The nightly rate covers your accommodation. A mandatory one-time fee of €175 per booking is charged separately for final cleaning, freshly prepared beds, bed linen and towels. This fee is clearly itemised in the price overview before payment. No VAT is charged.
